Recent work:

JC Maintenance & Contracting was started by Justin Cordwell, who brings 15 years with TasWater, and qualifications in both horticulture and plumbing. The rest of the team brings hands-on experience on the tools across landscaping, maintenance, commercial cleaning and property restoration.

We're also proud to be NDIS certified and a maintenance provider for Homes Tasmania, working with clients who need that extra care. Whether it's your family home, an investment property, or something that just needs bringing back to life—we're here to help.
